Check if your machine has got a blockage
Always switch off the machine before you dismantle it. The advantage of the machine is that the parts come apart easily. So, if there is a blockage, you can see through it.
There are some steps to check a blockage. Some of them are:

Check if there is any obstruction in the dust cup once you clear it.
- Check the hose
Press the quick-release foot pedal and remove the hose. Now, you can see through the tube if there is any blockage due to loss of suction.
You can also check it by putting a coin into the hose. If the coin comes straight through the other end, then your hose is free from blockage.
- Check the floor nozzle
You can check the floor nozzle to see if anything is blocking the hose, rollers, or any dirt in the wheels.
Remove the floor nozzle and press the quick release foot pedal. Now, check the underneath for any blockage.

- Clean it every month.
- The process is quite simple. You have to remove the dust cap on the top of the handle, then the sponge filter. Now, you have to run the filter and the dust cap under warm water until the water becomes clear.
- Wait for at least a day. If you use the wet filter, then your machine will smell reek.
Reassemble the parts and switch the machine on
Once you have cleared all the obstructions and cleaned the filter, your vacuum cleaner is ready to work. The powerhead should show green lights.

Check if the machine is working
